Oregon Medicare Advantage Health Plans Collaborative
Acumentra Health convenes the health plans to work together on quality improvement projects required by CMS. Recent projects have worked to improve influenza and pneumococcal immunization rates among Medicare beneficiaries.
Prescription Drug Safety Project
Acumentra Health works with Medicare Advantage plans and associated Prescription Benefit Managers on a multi-year project to improve drug safety for Medicare beneficiaries. The organizations are collaborating and coordinating their efforts on interventions related to two drug safety measures that affect beneficiaries:
- Potentially Inappropriate Medications
- Potential Drug–Drug Interactions
