Physician office initiatives

Acumentra Health supports medical practices in a wide range of activities focused on redesign of medical office processes for better access to clinical information and more effective integration and coordination of multiple care needs.

EHR Preventive Care Initiative

Acumentra Health is assisting 40 Oregon primary care practices in using their electronic health record (EHR) systems for improving preventive care services and reporting clinical data. This initiative expands a previous 3-year project that helped more than 40 practices select and implement EHRs under the Medicare-sponsored Doctor's Office Quality–Information Technology (DOQ–IT) initiative.
