Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO)

Livanta LLC is Medicare's BFCC-QIO contractor that serves Oregon Medicare beneficiaries. Livanta conducts medical record reviews on behalf of Medicare beneficiaries who have concerns about the quality of their medical care, or who feel their hospital admission or other Medicare service is being ended while they still need medical care. Beneficiaries can contact Livanta to request assistance.
