We are pleased to introduce four new members of the Acumentra Health Board of Trustees.
Appointed June 2008
Bob Williams is a private consultant in healthcare marketing, strategic planning, and policy. He worked at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) from 1975 through 2007, with positions in engineering and hospital administration, as executive assistant to the president, and finally in strategic planning and marketing. From 1989 to 2004, Mr. Williams served as associate hospital director and director of strategic planning and marketing for the OHSU healthcare system. He was associate director of the Center for Research on Occupational and Environmental Toxicology from its inception in 1988 until 2003. Previously, he served as associate hospital director for selected ambulatory and laboratory services and for the Casey Eye Institute.
Mr. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Northeastern University in Boston and a master’s degree in business administration from Portland State University.

Andy Antoniskis is medical director of Providence Portland Medical Center’s Chemical Dependency Program, a position he has held since 1981. Board-certified in internal medicine, he was in private practice from 1978 to 2007. He was certified in addiction medicine in 1978 and appointed a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine in 2006.
Dr. Antoniskis received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Nebraska. He serves on multiple committees with county and state medical organizations and is the immediate past president of the Oregon Medical Association.

Tom Aschenbrener is president of Northwest Health Foundation, a nonprofit organization that was organized under his leadership in 1997. Prior to joining NWHF he founded and operated Philanthropy Resources, an advisory service on charitable giving and philanthropic foundations.
Mr. Aschenbrener has held a variety of health education and management positions and has served on numerous boards, including the Portland Metro Council of Campfire USA, Grantmakers in Health, and Grantmakers of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Governor Kulongoski appointed him in 2005 to the Oregon Public Health Advisory Board, which he currently chairs. In 2005 Mr. Aschenbrener was the recipient of Community Health Partnership’s Public Health Genius Merit Award.
Mr. Aschenbrener holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in medical education from the University of Illinois, where he was a Kellogg Foundation fellow. He is a graduate of the Duke University physician assistant training program.

Robert Gluckman is an internal medicine specialist and chief medical officer for Teaching Clinics in Providence Physician’s Division and practices at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. He holds a faculty appointment as assistant professor of medicine at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Gluckman previously served as the Medical Center’s medical director for the Department of Medicine Faculty Practice and was associate director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program. He is a frequent presenter at St. Vincent’s Medical Grand Rounds.
Dr. Gluckman serves on the Executive Committee Board of Governors of the American College of Physicians, as well as the ACP’s Health and Public Policy Committee. He is active in local organizations and currently serves as governor of the Oregon Chapter of the ACP.
We are honored to have Mr. Williams, Dr. Antoniskis, Mr. Aschenbrener, and Dr. Gluckman join our Trustees, and we look forward to working with them as we continue to find new ways to serve our clients and stakeholders.
