Physician membership in Acumentra Health

Physician membership enrollment form (Oregon MDs and DOs)

Acumentra Health, the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization for Oregon, is a physician-sponsored nonprofit organization engaged in multiple collaborative initiatives to improve health care quality in the Pacific Northwest. By becoming a member of Acumentra Health, you are showing support for locally based assistance with the quality improvement and assessment activities required in every state by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Membership is free.

Physician members can have a voice and a role in the direction of health care quality in Oregon:

  • elect Acumentra Health's Board of Trustees—who decide the organization's direction in large-scale quality improvement projects and review for both Medicare and Medicaid
  • participate as a physician reviewer or a collaborator in a quality improvement initiative

Both roles are optional. Physician members also receive periodic health care quality news via the Q-News electronic newsletter.
