Acumentra Health Board of Trustees

The Acumentra Health Board of Trustees provides policy direction to support the Acumentra Health mission, which includes providing healthcare quality improvement services to Medicare, Medicaid, and other customers.

Acumentra Health members help elect the 11-member Board of Trustees (plus the President and CEO as an ex officio member), who represent healthcare providers and stakeholders across the state. Trustees serve three-year terms, through staggered annual elections so that four to six Trustees (36% to 55% of the Board) are elected each year; start dates are shown below. With certain exceptions, Trustees may serve no more than two three-year terms. The Board may also appoint nonvoting ex officio members, to provide additional knowledge, expertise, and assistance. Acumentra Health Trustees are not compensated for their board service.
