Acumentra Health Board of Trustees
The Acumentra Health Board of Trustees determines and sets policy direction to support the Acumentra Health mission, which includes providing healthcare quality improvement services to Medicare, Medicaid, and other customers.
Acumentra Health members help elect the 15-member Board of Trustees (plus the President and CEO as an ex officio member), who represent healthcare providers and stakeholders across the state. Trustees serve three-year terms, through staggered annual elections so that four to six Trustees (26% to 40% of the Board) are elected each year. Twelve Trustees may serve up to six years; no Trustee may serve more than nine consecutive years. The Trustees are not compensated for their board service.
